Salt Salon Spa

Salt Salon Spa is an upscale full service salon and spa built by Crowe and located in St. Louis Park. When the owners came to us, the project was significantly over budget. Crowe worked with the architect, sub contractors and material suppliers to get the project approved by the city and inline with the budget. Some of the highlights are a polished concrete floor, repurposed shampoo sinks, treatment rooms and a salt cave.

Details Salon Spa

Details Salon Spa Details, a successful salon and spa opened a new location in downtown St. Paul. Crowe Construction Management provided the build-out for this high end salon. The existing Terrazzo and concrete floors were buffed and sealed and a new all glass storefront was added for maximum visibility. The soaring ceilings, bright colors and semi industrial feel make this a unique salon space. Character and vitality is also added with the addition of a brand new designer men's clothing store connected to the space making this the hippest block in downtown St. Paul.

Covered Store

Covered is an exciting new little boutique specializing in designer denim located in Dinkytown and Uptown. Owner and fashionista Stacy Larson trusted Crowe Construction Management to build her a store that reflected her hip style. The current boutiques bears no resemblance to the original vacant space as the tiny 550 square foot area was completely demolished removing all elements of cheap build-outs throughout the years. The floor was stripped down to the original wood and ceilings removed to reveal its hidden volume. Custom cabinets were designed to display chick denim and a classy system of wires and rods was developed to effectively hang merchandise maximizing space. The efficient space makes a savvy backdrop to Stacy's designer styles.

Zantiago

This local Mexican restaurant took over a popular Taco Bell location on W. 7th Street in St. Paul after Taco Bell was unable to tear down and rebuild to Taco Bell's new franchise standards.  Zantigo swooped in with a re-branded concept and Crowe facilitated first in repairing years of building neglect then constructing Zantigo's new vision for their restaurants moving forward.
