Once you have submitted your maintenance request we will respond within 24 hours, we'll keep you informed of the status of your request and when the work is completed, we'll ask for your feedback to let us know how we've done. If this is an EMERGENCY, please call 651-203-1166 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. After 4:30 p.m. until 7:30 a.m. Monday through Friday, and on weekends, please call 612-760-4343
