Salt Salon Spa

Salt Salon Spa is an upscale full service salon and spa built by Crowe and located in St. Louis Park. When the owners came to us, the project was significantly over budget. Crowe worked with the architect, sub contractors and material suppliers to get the project approved by the city and inline with the budget. Some of the highlights are a polished concrete floor, repurposed shampoo sinks, treatment rooms and a salt cave.

Crowe worked with LPM Apartments, Chicago Based Magellan Development and YogFit franchisee to build and complete the Loring Park YogaFit in 4 weeks. This work has lead to other construction and maintenance for YogaFit franchisees. Our goal for this project along with other small business and franchise is to get the store open as quickly as possible for the best possible price.

Jimmy Johns

Crowe has built a great relationship with the Jimmy John’s corporation by doing build outs in both new and old establishments all over the Midwest. As Jimmy John’s grows they continue to choose Crowe to create their smart sandwich shops around the metro area; the Jimmy John’s corporation has named Crowe the recommended Contractor for Minnesota. Crowe has built over 75 Jimmy John’s sandwich shops in MN and WI and remodeled numerous other locations.

4601 Bryant Avenue S.

revival Wine & Spirits

Crowe created a St. Paul Skyway Specialty Wine and Liquor Store for owner Jeff Huff, in the historic Pioneer Endicott Building.  The space had to comply with historic requirements but still be inviting and functional.

YogaCenter was built to be a yoga studio and retail experience for the north loop of Minneapolis. Crowe teamed up with YogaCenter and Brooke Voss design to complete this project. Highlights of this location included a rope wall, hot yoga, aerial yoga, and a 1500 sf. retail experience.

Salt Chamber

SALT came to Crowe looking to build a salt room. Crowe worked with SALT to design and source the necessary equipment and materials to build the salt room. This project included modifying the HVAC systems, building a lighted salt out of himalayan salt blocks and installing a halo generator to create the salt air environment.

Details Salon Spa

Details Salon Spa Details, a successful salon and spa opened a new location in downtown St. Paul. Crowe Construction Management provided the build-out for this high end salon. The existing Terrazzo and concrete floors were buffed and sealed and a new all glass storefront was added for maximum visibility. The soaring ceilings, bright colors and semi industrial feel make this a unique salon space. Character and vitality is also added with the addition of a brand new designer men's clothing store connected to the space making this the hippest block in downtown St. Paul.

Covered Store

Covered is an exciting new little boutique specializing in designer denim located in Dinkytown and Uptown. Owner and fashionista Stacy Larson trusted Crowe Construction Management to build her a store that reflected her hip style. The current boutiques bears no resemblance to the original vacant space as the tiny 550 square foot area was completely demolished removing all elements of cheap build-outs throughout the years. The floor was stripped down to the original wood and ceilings removed to reveal its hidden volume. Custom cabinets were designed to display chick denim and a classy system of wires and rods was developed to effectively hang merchandise maximizing space. The efficient space makes a savvy backdrop to Stacy's designer styles.

Red's Savoy Pizza

Crowe was introduced to our first Red's Savoy Pizza franchisee through existing clients.  After completing that first build out in Northeast Minneapolis Crowe quickly became the preferred contractor for the growing franchise.  We are the contractor all new, potential and existing franchisees call when they're navigating their way towards new build outs and remodels.

Black Sheep Pizza

Over the years, Crowe has worked  with Jordan and Colleen to create several Black Sheep Pizza locations as their business expanded. These locations included Robert Street in St Paul, the Warehouse District in Minneapolis and the Eat Street location on Nicollet avenue in Minneapolis. Most recently Crowe expanded the Washington Avenue location into the adjacent space to include a full restaurant, outdoor seating and a bar.

This local Mexican restaurant took over a popular Taco Bell location on W. 7th Street in St. Paul after Taco Bell was unable to tear down and rebuild to Taco Bell's new franchise standards.  Zantigo swooped in with a re-branded concept and Crowe facilitated first in repairing years of building neglect then constructing Zantigo's new vision for their restaurants moving forward.
