Saint Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists (SPCPA)

The Saint Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists is a very successful new charter high school for students interested in the performing arts such as music and dance. The school, which began in 2005 has grown dramatically since its inception requiring creative expansion of space. Crowe has completed multiple projects over many years including the initial 55,000 sq ft. retrofit that includes a cafeteria, science and biology labs, music sound rooms, and a theater. The Initial project design was sent out to bid and was $2 million over budget, Crowe was able to work with owners and sub contractors to bring prices back in line and create a beautiful school on time within budget.
